What Is Madinah Henna?

Madinah henna is a fine powder made from the dried, ground leaves of the henna tree, used since ancient times to dye hair and decorate the hands and feet for special occasions and Eids. We offer it at Almarwani Attarah in Madinah in 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg sizes.

How to Prepare

  1. Put the amount of henna you need in a non-metallic bowl.
  2. Gradually add warm water while stirring until it becomes a smooth, thick paste.
  3. Cover the bowl and leave it for a few hours to release its color.

How to Apply

  • For hair: spread the paste from the roots to the ends, leave it on for one to three hours, then rinse it off with water.
  • For hands: draw with the paste on clean, dry skin and leave it until it dries, then gently remove it.

How Long Does Henna Color Last on the Hands?

Henna color on the skin is temporary and gradually fades over one to three weeks.

Choosing the Right Size
