The store may cancel or refuse an order in cases permitted by law, such as the product being unavailable or a clear material error in the price or product description, taking appropriate action regarding the amount paid in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Product prices in the store are shown in Saudi riyals, and prices may change from time to time.
Price changes do not affect orders confirmed before the change, unless there is an exceptional case, a clear pricing error, or otherwise required by the regulations.
Offers and discounts are subject to the terms stated for each offer.

No clause in this agreement may be interpreted as diminishing any statutory right granted to the customer.

The customer undertakes to follow the usage and storage instructions shown on the product or packaging.
The store is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the product, storing it incorrectly, or using it contrary to the instructions shown on it, to the extent permitted by the regulations.
The customer undertakes to use the store lawfully and not to use it for any activity that violates the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If any clause of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or contrary to an applicable law, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses, unless the law requires otherwise.
Arabic is the official language for interpreting this agreement in the event of any difference in interpretation between it and any other translation.
This agreement, together with the shipping and delivery and exchange and return policies published in the store, forms the framework governing the use of the Almarwani Attarah store, making purchases and benefiting from its services.
