Ethiopian specialty coffee from the Limu region, washed Arabica from Al Saif Coffee, with complex, balanced flavors, refreshing acidity and a floral aroma, with notes of jasmine, sweetness and chocolate.

Preparation
Grind the beans to a medium grind just before brewing, and brew with a V60 or Chemex using water at 90–94°C.
