Uses
- Ground with a little sugar and added to muhallabia, rice pudding, ice cream and booza.
- Added to Arabic coffee, desserts and pastries.
- Used to smoke-scent pots and flavor drinking water, and chewed as a natural gum.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool place away from heat so the tears do not stick together.
