Dried leaves of myrtle, or Hijazi rayhan (Myrtus communis), green with a lovely aromatic scent, one of the well-known aromatic plants of the Arabian Peninsula and the Mediterranean basin.
Uses
- Ground and added to traditional hair-care blends with henna and sidr.
- Scenting clothes and closets.
- Adding to bakhoor and perfuming blends.
Storage
Keep in an airtight container away from light and moisture.
