Jawi (benzoin) is an aromatic resin extracted from Styrax trees (Styrax benzoin), one of the oldest incense materials in the Arabian Peninsula, with a sweet, warm, vanilla-like scent.
How to Use
- Place a small piece on charcoal to perfume the room.
- Mix with oud and mastic in homemade bakhoor blends.
Storage
Keep in a tightly sealed container away from heat and sunlight.
