Peshawari Sidr Honey.
Sidr honey from the Peshawar region, gathered by bees from the nectar of sidr tree blossoms (Ziziphus), with a dark golden color, thick texture and rich flavor.
Uses
- With bread and qishta (clotted cream) at breakfast.
- With yogurt and oats.
- To sweeten warm drinks and desserts.
Storage
Store tightly closed at room temperature, away from humidity and sunlight. Crystallization is natural in honey and does not affect its quality.
⚠️ Honey should not be given to children under one year of age.
