Preparation
- Traditional matcha: Sift a teaspoon into a bowl, add 70 ml of hot water (about 80 degrees, not boiling), and whisk in a zigzag motion until a light froth forms.
- Matcha latte: Whisk a teaspoon with a little hot water, then add a cup of hot or frothed milk.
- Iced matcha latte: Whisk the matcha with a little water, and pour it over cold milk with ice.
